For real, i mean at least from what I heard, a lot of users who were having issues said that they're in fact from Phillipines and use Globe also Globe annually blocks such sites

you can with vpn, choose any server but Asia and you'll be good to go. Also if you use mobile data rather than the wifi that'd work too
I m also in Asia but it's working fine for me
From PH and pldt user. I only got problems every night like it starts at 5pm and will be back tomorrow morning. Anyways, use data or vpn to read.
