Help!!! Can’t remember the name of this one yaoi manga I read!

So I think it’s a yaoi manga where the seme childhood friend confesses to his friend (who has a snaggletooth?) and gets rejected so heart broken he plays around the road and gets hit by a car?truck? And meets god and his companion fox and says he’ll grant the seme wish and seme now in a female body given to him by kami(god) stuff happens and I think he eventually tells his friend that it’s him possessing the body of a female (he’s not actually dead just in a coma) I think he gets together with the friend and has to repeat a school year and the friend enters a dream? Where he prevents the seme from falling in love with him since he protected seme from a dog and got bitten.in the dream he prevented the seme from falling in love then I think seme had a previous girlfriend who went back to town and talks to seme they get along and eventually they get back together and he decides to leave with her and CH friend is taken back because he doesn’t want seme to leave. I’m also sure the kami eventually disappears cuz the kami had unrequited love like the seme and the two characters were like descendants and the kami wish was to see his descendant and his unrequited love descendant get together and moves on then fox takes over the shrine as the new god.
(Sorry it’s so long I saw art that reminded me of that manga and liked the story so was wondering if anyone knew the name of it I think it has “kami” in the name if that helps but thanks if you actually find it )
