Ummm.. idk if it's optional for you guys, but in my country we don't get anesthesia for the wisdom tooth surgery. They just numb your face and do the thing. And it doesn't really hurt, you just feel the pressure of the doctor's hand. And also it's done in less than ten minutes if the doctor is good enough. I had two extremely difficult teeth on the bottom and two normal ones on the top and removed them like that. If it's an option, you can consider that.
It's called local anesthesia. maybe their wisdom tooth is severe and requires for them to be under general anesthesia.
As far as I know its more common in America
Where I'm from, they usually don't do it unless the patient is mentally unstable or is a child with bad temper or severe anxiety
Other than that we do it without anesthesia

My wisdom teeth were really bad

But I did it wide awake and it wasn't painful
It was unpleasant, but not painful at all
The pain comes after a few hours ╥﹏╥
I'm planning on getting my wisdom shits removed, but I have an immense fear and gut feeling that I will burst out, "I enjoy reading mangas about men getting fucked in the ass and getting pregnant." Should I say fuck it/raw dog it and hope the tooths don't kill me ?
