While I agree that the art may be messy at times, it’s obvious that the artist knows their stuff! The anatomy and expressions I find are especially skilful! The artist works on a schedule with very limited time, and I think some messy panels here and there are a small payoff in exchange for what we’re getting! If the artist was to pour their soul into every panel, one chapter would take months to make!! （/TДT)/

I know that and I usually love this kinda unique artstyles, but I still think it lacks something vital and I can't put my finger on it, to me it just appears untidy, and it's not even a skill issue maybe a little bit, but it's not that bothersome. I wish the artstyle was polished more since it really dampens or uplifts a story and viewership. Take ULTIMATE TRASH like Jinx for example, if there was a god in this world, that story should receive no viewership and 0 ratings yet people are eating it up like pancakes because of the art and art alone, fuck it irritates me. And amazing stories like this get pushed aside because of the weird artstyle made in a rush...especially when the novel depicts them as something more. Like they're supposed to gorgeous but I simply see two ordinary guys which is actually something I like since the story becomed the focus and not the art but I wish stories like this got the art which elevates and matches it and not this (and I say this with the most heartfelt manner)
Hmm idk about yall but I think the art being messy is a stylistic choice. I find appeal in it. I guess people view it on a subjective pov. (as an artist who majors in art) But yeah, I do agree that this kind of style doesn't fit in the stereotypical bubble of extremely handsome & beautiful characters. BUT I really find the art good tho and the characters here are attractive. IMO, getting out of the typical well kept and clean manhwas, this gives off a fresh feel. Idk how to explain it, hopefully you get what I mean.

i think it's their hairstyles/hair
the expressions are messy but nice, anatomy has issues here and there but is fine (eg. the tops hands suddenly being tiny when he squeezes the nipples of the bottom), and the colouring is lackluster like in basically all webtoon manwhas (would look so much better in classic screentones)
but their hair has such a bad messy 90's style and it's just..ugly lol
I eat up stories like this like ramen on a December evening like...fuck, I love this kinda angst ridden stories. I'd complain of the untidy artstyle but honestly it's a relief that they're not twinkified for once. They're both masculine and rough. Still, I bet the novel has them depicted handsome af. I kinda wish it wasn't based on a novel so I can admire the art without any reservations of it being an injustice to the novel itself ┗( T﹏T )┛ ignore me just ranting. Love the story though. It's kinda frustrating how oblivious he is being but ig when you don't see someone in a romantic light, you can be that oblivious despite the VERY obvious hints lmao. You were literally married. But honestly I relate to this level of dumbfuckery, someone needs to be DIRECT with me to make me realise they love me romantically, I ain't reading nothing between the lines I'll just assume you care about me normally lol
