im sorry but i cant help to reply and understand where you’re coming from…. in all honesty, the plot of having your best friend be secretly in love with you isnt a bad thing ? and you can see that seula genuinely cares for areum. not everyone’s love story is all happiness and giggles, that’s where the plot comes in lmao. it is pretty normal though for seula to be so conservative though as it happens on a daily basis, it’s very annoying but true .. even areum is playing apart in it, unconsciously or consciously? we dont know yet. and we still dont get enough of areum’s side of the story to know enough about her, but it would be interesting to see if she isn’t actually in love with this guy. but yes i agree the younger sister is an asshole and wtaf is she doing ??? she’s dumb and in love without knowing about it smfhdhhhh this also happens on a daily basis lmfao

And yeah about the younger sister, she gave me the ick. Her character’s persona reminds me of the toxic stalker type ML (similar vibe) in others manhwas and I really don’t enjoy that type of character(づ￣ ³￣)づ

Imagine you’re best friend with this girl but actually, that girl is in love with you and instead of being here for you, listening to your worries, she’s only thinking of herself and her feelings. Areum seems so lost (it’s giving compulsive heteronormativity) and she’s trying to confide in her best friend but her bff just doesn’t care and is just greedy for love. You can’t control who you love but gosh that’s so sad for Areum who basically has no one she can confide in truly, no one to listen to her thoughts. She’s surrounded by greedy people or men and I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone.
And that Daun girl ?? This could have been a cute rom-com with the “no we can’t date, you’re my best friend’s sister” but no we got a creepy manipulative woman urgh.
And if Areum actually knows about Seula then fuck off girl, you can act like you don’t know but try to be considerate of the person’s feelings BUT if she doesn’t know, I guess I don’t mind if the storyline decides to make Areum and Seula date. Anyway at least the art is good
