From people who read the novel, Yoonsung found out when they drank in the hotel, cause Hakyung referred to himself as a guy when he was drunk. And my guess is that's why Yoonsung was behaving sorta extrange this last few chapters. Cause he was coming to terms to the fact that Hakyung was a man.

look at their eyes near the end of chap 39! yoonsung has a silhouette of a man in his eyes, even though he is looking at hakyung who is wearing the wig. it implies he knows that hakyung is pretending to be a girl when he is a guy ! :)
Once again, the reflection in Yoonsung's eyes is a silhouette of a guy. It has short hair. Once again that subtle way of telling us the HE KNOWS.
