When they wear boxer briefs ( the tight ones), most of them tuck it upwards in it's flaccid state. but most do that if they have the normal size. If l they wear the lose boxers it usually just hangs in the centre. Now for guys who are on the bigger side more than 7 inches in flacid state their D normally goes to one side of their leg.
