    Can you be more specific? I read a lot saying it is incest. Is it not really? I was gonna read it coz it's the spinoff but I'm not really the one to read this genre. Please help

    Yoonjae is the child of their father's first love.. Their father took yoonjae in when his mother and biological father died in an accident.. they are not tied with blood nor even papers - their father didn't even put Yoonjae on their registry.. The father just took the child because of his dead first love..

    Technically speaking, it’s not incest but - major but - he did raise him as a younger brother with a fragile constitution for 15+ years while not even caring to check on his actual biologically related young brother while he was still living in a hell hole or get him out of there. So it does feel very incesty and wrong.
    If he could easily get hard by looking at his younger step-sibling I can’t imagine how he’s thought of him this whole time. Also, it’s been shown that growing up and living with someone that isn’t biologically related to you makes it hard for any kind of romantic/sexual attraction to arise, bc you view them as family.

    But morals are nowhere to be found in the manhwa world.

    I see. Thank you for enlightening me. I might reconsider reading this but I won't judge it ultimately until I do.

    Additionally, I'm just gonna drop this here coz someone might say something. Since you mentioned the most important thing about the manhwa itself, I just wanna share something. Everyone has different views of to what extent incest can be considered as. Like how they were raised together, how they were introduced in the family, what the other (half-brother = related or adopted) person sees them as (familial love or romantically). As for me, I can tolerate it to some extent (maybe?) coz I'm still trying to understand why (I know this is fiction, why do I have to correlate it to reality, I'm so sorry ;-;) I also try to read a title with an incest tag coz some is misleading but if incest is heavily implied at the very beginning of the story, I'll never look back again and avoid it like a plague. Again, sorry ;-;

    But that aside, would you still recommend it to someone who's reluctant like me? I would like to know your thoughts.

    I mean if you’re trying to understand and are doing it out of curiosity I’d say go ahead (but I’d suggest reading Saving the Dae to get a bg story), I’ve read stories I was reluctant of reading just to figure out what I personally clear as ok vs not ok. But if you’re that reluctant maybe just don’t read, especially if you’ve already tried to read one before. Since it’s just a short side story it’s mostly just going to consist of 18+ scenes anyways so there’s really no substance anyways. I read bc I didn’t even read the tag but I’ve read enough incest ones (maybe like 5) that I know it’s not my thing nor will I come to understand it bc it usually means that the characters engaging in it took a normal healthy concept too literally and are not fully mentally sound.
