i let this marinate in the first season bc it was kinda lukewarm at first but i just started re-reading all over again and it's so fucking good now wtf???? there's no boring chapters the moment he stepped into 2nd floor - frontier. it only gets better the "side quests" are good too, i literally sobbed when the territorial lord called the baby troll he raised was his son.. that chapter was so emotional for me you guys
it's quite rare that i love most of the characters too, the only cringe one for me so far is the dokkaebi's guildmaster it's the way he speaks i guess
