I was curious about the readers' feelings tho, since I read a few comments and was hoping to spark a discussion. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ I binged everything so I'm up-to-date with the manhwa now and tbh, I still kinda like Björn? I don't know how to explain this, with my previous comment I made an analogy to Remarried Empress but as much as Björn's a prejudiced, arrogant dumbass in denial and has an emotional intelligence lower than a toddler, he doesn't seem to be someone that I don't want to cheer for. I just, idk, it just couldnt be me, I would slap him like 300 times already, bro is so cocky that he is taking advantage of Ernas forgiving nature and her love. I'm frustrated that he doesn't work on himself, he doesn't have to be a saint, he can stay a sinner; just go sleep with your wife in the same bed and give two fucks about her interests man.

Idk if you watched bridgerton but he reminds me of King Charles when he started neglecting queen charlotte and stuff. I don’t hate him either it’s just like a complicated story

Oh I have! I think Queen Charlotte's story is my favorite out of all the arcs that came out, I actually thought about buying the books. *cough* Hmm you've got a point there, but the King's motives were more pure me thinks.

Björn is much more flawed, literally problematic; stubborn, stereotypical banker who judges people's value based on the personal merit he gains from the interaction, indulges in easy dopamine rush activities like drinking, smoking, poker, sex... Honestly, there's so many negative things I can write about him after reading this o.o" He's a dumbass, a perfect example of emotionally stupid, and unexpectedly simple-minded? Dude has clear trust-issues and ptsd after Gladys, also is extremely prideful - he did act kinda selfless with protecting Gladys reputation taking all the hate on himself and even straining his relationship with his grandama because he didnt let her on, on the news. But then again, that backfired and bro became prejudiced towards Erna and so convinced she was a redflag he dettached himself from her situation. I was wondering why this piece is under 9.0 in ratings, and I think it's because people judged this early on?
That's the most probable explanation I can come up with, even Betrayal of Dignity or sth is above 9.0 and the ml there is nuts... So I wouldn't blame the ratings on Björn, he's stupid, it's pride and prejudice all over again but in one person, and that doesn't excuse how selfish and hurtful he is towards Erna, but if he just honestly opened up to her and talked, and were more honest with himself and appreciated her more, it could be way healthier for the both of them.

Björn love Erna in his way despite what that garbage princess did to him he lost trust in every woman but step by step he come to fall totally for Erna, They love each other but they had different love language...

If you like this story you will love/hate ''cry even better if you cry''. I highly recommend it, I read the novel in the blink of an eye. hihihi. Solche's works are realistic, that's why I dropped Remarried Empress. They keep drag the story, so I come to like manhua based on novel, if you understand my point of vue? story for my bad english.
