Title request

A devil/demon goes to the human realm, while there out of boredom kill a guy chasing a “girl”. “Girl” answered correctly of what the devil/demon name is. The “girl” escapes but is left with the claw mark on the back as the D/D vows to find them. Years down the road the “girl” turns out to be a boy who was sexual harass by the uncle (I think) who died by the hands of the D/D and now works as a mediator cop? For crimes that involve the supernatural. The D/D has blonde hair. I also remember the guy’s partner is a dragon (though mentally still really young) and boss is a female werewolf. Thank you
