1) Yeah at the start Akemi is upset that Itome is only having sex with him instead of other potential clients, seeing it as him breaking the club rules. Itome seems to be okay with sharing Akemi on theory, but ofc is most likely hurt by it. Akemi doesn't seem to mind as he encourages Itome to fulfill his club duties (though Itome only bottoms for Akemi and nobody else)
Something I noticed that I don't know if other people talk about is how in the scene at the very start where Toono and Kashima were about to get their punished for not meeting the quota, Itome was the one restraining Kashima from behind. And the moment Kashima said that it hurts to see Toono touched by others, Itome let go of him. Makes you think....

1. Akemi and Itome are in a relationship as boyfriends, right? But Akemi participates in orgies and Itome too(?). Or just Akemi? Of course, clearly Itome isn’t fine with him being in orgies.
2. I assume Itome knows that Akemi loves someone else. This is fucking sad, take all of his misery and give it to Akemi or someone else. I get that Akemi is miserable too but I feel more for Itome.
3. It seems like Itome and Akemi will be endgame. If so, I hope Akemi grovels hard and regrets. There is no justification to how he treated Itome emotionally.
