She's not fat but I think he meant she looked thinner than before when she was in his care (as chiffon) he thought he starved her unintentionally... I think it's the awkwardness of nothing to say after seeing her naked
Shes not fat and if they consider her fat so is everyone else. Now the aunt is a little a healthy she got some meat her bones lol.
