Doubtful imo. Despite being the longest ongoing couple of the four they also seem the least intimate. A part of their situation in this specific arc even seems to be how their relationship is stunted because Kage is more focused on them being business partners than a couple.
So, I personally don't think Tora is pregnant, I think he will adopt the kid that was mentioned in this ch
