It's a Japanese BL/Shounen Ai manga because I remember the title being in Japanese. The artstyle was amazing! I saw this one panel (or maybe two) where one character was framing the other with his hands, as if he was taking a picture of him. And he did this both in the past when they were kids and in the present Ig (?) as young adults. So I'm guessing they're also childhood friends? Any clues? Please help meee
