The loan sharks have beef with him, he doesn't care about them. They are not after Dan, their target is Jaekyung. I agree that he will most likely have a fall from grace.
I should add that once the loan sharks figure out Dan's importance to Jaekyung, they might target him again in order to get to Jaekyung (e.g. ransom, etc.). It will be interesting to see what Mingwa comes up with!
hoping there's a well deserved grovel on jaekyung's part, a beautiful fall from grace... i remember trying to compare this to bj alex, but circumstances are so different. jaekyung's an asshole to his core. plus does he still have beef with the loan sharks? are they after dan still? so many thoughts/theories.. i'll wait and see what comes of it all
i'm thinking i read the first chapter when it comes out and let it simmer for months cause the stress of waiting every 10 days after a cliffhanger chapter is not the wave for me
