Office struggle between man and women.

Women struggles with creep and sometimes discrimination when it came to promotion. Not to mention, after married/have a child, it's going to be harder to get promotion because people don't see women as a breadwinner, so they put gender as a qualifications.

As for the story, men struggles with office politic and competition. But, I don't know enough to elaborate them.
