So i'm desperately need to know this comic title but i don't know who else i should ask.

Japanesse comic, the comic set theme victorian era, a girl lives in dorm. her father dead and the girl dormitory the teacher hate her and gave her the worst room. then she meets man in wheel chair at station. she also meets painter who knows her father and have connection with the wheelchair man because they have wing tatoo in their back. They celebrate guy fawkes festival. They also mourn queen victoria's death.
