Agreed but we can only hope that for manhwas. Mangas rarely go past a volume (6-8chs) so they have a restricted amount of space to work with... Which is both a good and bad thing.

i feel like the author wanted to make it a toxic-ish story but changed their mind midway through and added wholesome, actual nice guy stuff in the later chapters. 6 chapters is a bit restrictive for a storyline like this... should've made it to 20-30 chapters to make the conflicts feel substantial and help their relationship develop at a better pace
