yes! fr though, if this was going to be a loving parody that ends up being the same thing it's parodying that should've been set up earlier! So far it simply looks like a pure parody so why not go all the way and subvert all expectations by him ending up with a girl.
Yes, I think if the MC finally getting the girl would make all his efforts throughout the story feel worth.

it's not a bl manga though. It's a comedy manga that is parody-ing BL manga. Big difference. Him ending up with a guy would kinda ruin the fact that he avoided all this for so long and ruin the plot of this being a comedy. While him ending up with a girl could also be kinda weird cuz as you said this is about BL. I personally prefer the latter cuz it would be in line with what the manga has been doing since the beginning which is subverting expectations.
Idk, it's kinda weird that he's convincing himself that he's straight throughout finding out that he lives in a BL world, he really should just relax, maybe he could get a girl lover, nothing will really change if he got a girl, it's gonna be like how he spend time with his cat, we will still see his perspective on "BL flags"
Honestly, MC is invested with BL scenes, he exactly knew what he's thinking, he treats it like Daily gossip news he reads on social media
