Errr their artstyles are quite different from each other, not sure how you’d compare these two different works and call them similar. Maybe the colouring and faces? But anatomy is vastly different, lineart is thinner in this work, LTIT has a simpler style of shading and includes more gradients while we have more detailed solid shading here. And also, author of LTIT is Euja, author for Hold Over You is Money. Money’s other work from what I know is Fruit of the Tongue which isn’t all that popular. BL works have commons artstyles here but I won’t go so far to say this similar to LTIT lol
Omg let me rephrase that, what I actually meant was that the male lead has similar face as the male lead of LTIT, I didn't mean it in a malicious way at all, it was Purley curiosity
Don't take it to heart. Personally I don't see the resemblance because for the untrained eyes you might find the artstyle similar but as a art person their artstyle are completely different some part to focus on is the lineart and the way they color
