At the risk of sounding like a creep, don't rule it all out! Some is so good. Just have to suspend your grasp on reality for a bit. Like the recently updated 5 second manga on this site. One of the stories involves incest but it's so good!
First thing first she only said her opinion :/ and i read ch.3 of 5 seconds as well but it's not a chapter where i find it as good. just the typical cliche bl story but then again it's preference.
