This is my theory too actually
probably the empress' memory of "demios" which was supposed to be Roxanne was altered.
I think the current emperor altered her memories. I think the current emperor is the "darkness" the ml father talked about. In the end ml is the OG friend. Or they switched bodies
just theories and trying to predict but is it possible roxanne was the “demios” from the past? something big has happened and altered the empress’s memories and the reason the emperor is so triggered by roxanne being close to the empress is because he was originally her “lover” ?
