Nah you right they made out it showed in the flashback but me personally I think it was just that maybe I will be wrong in the future we'll see once we get more about them also I think you're good on Hangyul and his og soulmate getting together that ain't happening lot's of authors with horrible male leads don't care if the readers like or don't like the ml they just keep it moving
