Right. There are so many comments acting like they’ve become enlightened for acknowledging his suffering. You can hate a character and admit they’re well written. And Heiner is a piece of shit, whether people like it or not
This, see here, they are both well written it's an Interesting story however because it's well written we are able to love and hate the characters in the story. And yes heiner is a piece of shit. His character is written well in that sense and it's entertaining to read the story.
Honestly why has he imprisoned her again I mean I can see his pov where he's like I need to be in control f my feelings and emotions, so this is the only way however as readers and from fl pov we see it's a dumb thing to do, I mean how much more can he take over her life atp.

Edit: wow I've just read the comments I can't contemplate people defending heiner, and downing the fl. Like what is that, trauma is a reason not an excuse. I think people need to understand that. Heiner, I couldn't careless is he's having some sort epiphany and tryna change (although he clearly hasn't) he doesn't need to insert himself in FL life again in an attempt to develop or absolve himself. He can do that on his own. FL was patient but after trying to commit suicide twice I think she deserves to want to be left alone and not bothered (tbh even before that she still deserved to be left alone) and people saying she was ignorant so it's her fault, well according to the era and setting of this webtoon, she was never going to be privy to anything and even if she was what power did she have to do anything.
Having said all of that it is satisfying seeing them interact and seeing fl spit facts to ml.
