I had to go through all the chapters again just to find out who were the “gay magicians” because nobody was coming into my mind and after some struggles I realized that perhaps you could be talking abt the two girls who couldn’t be apart.
I think it's more that the nice people ended up being taken advantage of and dying before even reaching the demon king. These psychos probably used them as bait so the ones that are left atp are just the crazy killers lmao

I get that she needed people to stop the Demon king but these are the best people she could find? Aside from the little girl zombie & maybe the gay magicians (depending on what they did in their past lives) she just chose criminals & sadistic psychos.
