Help with yaoi manga title

Does anyone know the title where it's set in a university and mc confesses to a known playboy and the playboy agrees to mc's confession as long as he doesn't question his actions and mc agrees and ml continues to meet women and mc is unbothered by everything and just feels happy that he's in a relationship with ml so now ml feels weird and bothered by mc's nonchalant attitude.
