thank you for the clarification! i just wish i read your comment before i finished the released chapters. lol
with each new character i had to mentally correct/guess which title was actually theirs, only for the following chapters to show i guessed wrong. it felt like solving a jigsaw puzzle but i somehow had twelve corner pieces lmao

The translations are confusing but let me clarify some stuff:
The empress position has always been occupied by Blanche. Ludmilla's position is that of a Queen consort but translation here says they're both empresses so it can be confusing.
The crown prince is the second prince Trudy, well because he's an alpha and in their empire only Alphas and omegas can inherit the throne and betas can't which is the same but different with Etienne's where omegas can't inherit but betas can. I remember Renato mentioning Etienne's empire in the story, and the events of Etienne's story happens first before Renato's btw.
Also Khalid is not an emperor, he's a grand prince. He was mentioned as an emperor here but he's not. (Well he was at one point a King but that's spoiler territory)
