So basically I have to roast this website UX for an assignment. I just want to have your opinion like if you were a potential customer checking out this website, what are the turn offs in this website which whispers you against doing so, trying out the company or becoming a client

everything just looks sort of genereic and very boring, too much yap on the front page - get to the point (as a customer id feel a little overwhlemed)

You have to figure out major features of the site that are hella useful, by yourself, there should be a guide for it, which by the way a user did make and upload but mangago took it down.
