No he doesn't get a new lover, in the end he gives up on her (never had a chance to begin with) and leaves the capital alone after resigning from white knights. We dont get what happened to him after that but fl thinks that its a way of him to start a new non toxic life coz he really does turn toxic after her memory loss thing. But dont feel bad for him at all, he turns into an unbearable jerk throughout the novel until the very end, do not sympathize with that pathetic man.

This will be a hugeee spoiler which im not going to reveal unless you REALLY WANT TO KNOW. But in short, fl was the one who confesses first in a letter format, but kylo was already very in love too. Im skipping the main part which led to this confession by fl, coz I think it might be a bit too much of a spoiler.

Technically fl is the one who confesses first, it was through a heartfelt letter but kylo was already way too much in love with her but just didnt dare to confess coz he has inferiority complex. And yes her brother is one of the most insufferable characters in manhwa history. The manhwa hasn't even touched the surface of how much annoying he is going to get in the future. Yall will want to strangle that man to death coz that how I felt.
