We live in guilty until proven innocent society.
On top of it when someone gets accused of a crime and even if their name is cleared, they will still use the fact that you were in a court as a proof of a crime. Media does this on large scale to smear people too.
It's kinda sad that people could be close minded and never doubts an anonymous claim online. Media literature should be studied because one wrong move could ruin an innocent person's life or could take someone's life or you could be affected as well
