Okay essayヾ(☆▽☆) no but you’re right on the dot for why this is my all time favorite. No stress, no heartbreak, no distractions from misunderstandings, no crying at 3am because of fictional characters….its all literally sunshine and rainbows and cute baby. Their relationship is every romance-lover’s dream……… I need it so bad it’s not even funny
I love them sm when are they getting married????
I’m gonna go on a rant about how much i love this.
Please bear with me.
TLDR: i love this manhwa and the way it depicts love and (healthy) relationships.
I love this story like damn it has everything. Communication, 0 toxicity, it’s not heavily relying on smut and instead gives off this very soft, romantic and kinda silly feeling during smut scenes that it’s hard to find on lost manhwas. I love this because in my opinion, it’s not only the perfect depiction of a healthy relationship, but it’s also what love really looks like (or at least to me) and especially queer love. It’s not about how others perceive you or about ‘how are we gonna go about it socially’ but instead it’s about ‘you and I and the present’. I love it and I love how yes there are moments where you can have doubts, because not everyone is perfect and not everyone can forget about their worries without the need of comfort, but it’s addressed in the most realistic way possible to me. Nothing severely dramatic (nothing wrong with drama in a manhwa ofc, it’s fiction, but ykwim) just two people that like each other and seek comfort when they have some worries and uncertainties. I love how they go about it and I love how the way i see it, it’s the perfect depiction of what love and romance should be.
I also really like the emphasis on the importance of the word ‘love’ because in my opinion, when it comes to partners, it’s not a word that should be thrown around casually, especially not the first time. I feel like when you first tell someone you ‘love’ them, it should be in a particular context rather than casually. Of course it’s not the case for everyone but I feel like it’s the first time i see it being done that way in a manhwa, so i really really like it
