Look I don’t care if the mc dies if there death is understandable and ends well with a meaning. Like lelouch and Eren they were my favorite mc and yes there deaths was sad but understandable why. But for Aqua, his death felt random with no impact. Like Ruby would’ve still been a idol... gosh I hate this ending so badly
no exactly it hurts.... at least lelouch comes back in Re;surrection shouldnotbereadingthis
... Which is why resurrection is an alternative ending, because it doesn't bear the same significance as his death does. I personally don't like resurrection because it spoils the genius of lelouch's final plan (but that's not a topic to be discussed here)
