that was nice, it did also give bell a little bit of a redemption arc as you saw him trying and struggling to make mao happy, giving in when he was beaten, and then trying to make a compromise. is he redeemed, no, he still needs some work. do i think he would be useful to have around, yes. like soundproofing the room so little mao doesn't hear stuff he isn't ready for. maybe he could teach him politics when he gets older, but right now bell has to learn that louie is not a failure and that the mission he is on is pretty great.
