Noo nooo from what i read I dont think he did that to kill himself. There was an explanation in the comment section of the raws. He was selfish enough to make the MC guilty and making him come out of his hiding by hurting himself. They explained it wasnt suicide. And that's the end of S2 so there's S3 still. Let's just hope S3 wont take that long to be released
