But in reality not C class. They are upto something shady. He guides the espers there. Leader tells the other guides they are in a bond to help him avoid any physical contact which was a condition.

Turns out the S class espers are looting the dungeons for the dungeon cores and other material s for something big, a secretive mission.

The guild hides from other guilds and corps to do this. Guide develops feelings for andante.
Turns out the guild leader has had a supposed ex he goes to for guidance and goes to him. And the ex also has a bf so, scandaloussss. He does this to stay away for the guide and prevent him from getting affected by his "impatience/ horniness/losing control. "

Still keeps up the disguise of the fake bond with the guide. Later they realise they both have the same condition which results from getting guided - getting horny to fuck till death.

Andante leave the ex guide, and becomes more intimate with our s class guide. And now our guide has accepted his feelings for the guy since they have the same condition and have something in similar, but status is still unkwon about the esper's feelings.

So they are fake pretending to be in a relationship. But esper is going out of his way to be extra about it and giving misunderstandings to mc. They are in a situationship where one actually has feelings.
