There are many sites that can get the rights to publish a manga and some of them make this so these chopped up mangas are official made by evil sites that wanna get more money per chapter.

Technically these "3 chapters" are just 1, right? Because it got chopped up into this webtoon style and it creates all these white spaces so they split the chapter up. Whose idea is it to make it webtoon style? Not the author, right? Cuz the other story I linked officials didnt have it. So who's damaging manga like this? The scan team? I'm really unaware so pls educate
