It is very unlikely that you see a seinen to be BL openly, almost impossible I would say. Takashi Hidebu had to change magazine with Stigmata for this. In an interview Gengoroh Tagame said he had to change many things in my brother's husband, since most readers are hetero men. that manga is not even gay (under Tagame’s words) he finds it as a guide for hetero men to be normal with gay men, and it was precisely that what impacted him since it wasnt a romantically/sexual work but even so the magazine and his editor asked him to be careful with what he drew
