I have zero relationship experience so I really don’t know but what did the ex do wrong? I thought they both got bored of each other?
the ex constantly showed disinterest and contempt when providing or hanging out with mc! he clearly didn’t want to be with him from the start because we see very little glimpses of ex being nice, but more than that, we see disdain when he spends time with mc.
Yea it did seem like he'd rather be doing something else when they did things like karaoke and whatnot. But why did the ex have those happy flashbacks? Is it because everyone's version of what happens is different to each individual? Did the ex take him for granted? Like how do you fall out of love and then open your heart up again? The Hyung keeps comparing the guys but he still goes on with the new relationship and feels like it'll work?
I guess I just haven't experienced relationships, so maybe that's why I'm so lost with my understanding of this portrayal of love?

- though it is true that everyone version of events can differ a little, in this instance it’s just saying each side. the happy moments and the bad. in relationship when you’re leaving / broken up, it’s easy to think about either just the bad things or jsut the good parts. i’m not sure if i’m explaining this right but essentially it’s gray, it’s not black and white, there are good moments and bad moments, while the mc is reminiscing the bad, we also see the ex perspective and that it wasn’t always bad. so we can’t entirely be like why would they stay together if it wasn’t this bad yk?
“Did the ex take him for granted?”
- i don’t think that’s entirely true bc i think both cared / love each other at the beginning and as you’ve said, they kinda get bored of the relationship. but for mc it prob feel like being taken advantage when you’re just dumped like that. i feel like the ex lost feelings quicker + the mundaneness of a long term relationship causes him to end up hurting and dumping mc.

- idk what your beliefs are but i feel that there are many form of love and even under a romantic love, you can have various love. in terms of this story, it portrays a long term relationship which sometimes faces problem w mundanity and just being bored of each other. that’s why many relationships don’t last that long. some solve this by trying new things or doing things that once make them fall in lov. in this case, they weren’t able to fight the lost spark. relationships are so complicated fr fr

- i think it’s super real to be comparing ppl, even though it’s not always the best we can’t help it. the mc is just being reminded of how his relationship w the ex was / what made him fall for his ex ig. also he realizes that they aren’t the same person so that makes him give it a shot (i can’t provide examples bc i lowkey forgot the small details). i think that shows that he moved has moved on from his ex. also the comparing could just be something he noticed. like if you have a physical type and each time you meet someone you might be interested, you’d notice that maybe they have similar traits.

- that could be true. romantic relationship, like any other form of relationship, is complicated. i have never dated myself but throughout observing from ppl around me in relationships, books, medias, and sometimes having romantic interests myself, i think this manhwa did a good job of showcasing one form of relationship. this isn’t to say that this is the only way a relationship is but some stuff the book portray is very real; like the boredom / mundanity in long term relationships, comparing ppl from the past, and just moving on. ig you’ll get it one day when you experience it or just read more. i hope i explained it well but if you’re confused you can ask lolz
this story was short but rly nice. like sure the ex was kinda not nice but it’s also realistic. and i lov the fact everyone is so mature and no weird shit. the ex realized what he did wrong and moved on too. THE ARTSTYLE IS SO SO SOOOO YUMMY ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
