I agree. I always hated how some yaois have always rushed the romance. Like the receiver would ALWAYS walk into these things of their own choice vs this comic being where he's "forced" in a sense to where he has to get involved with a past. Slowly developing his feelings and falling in love. It's a nice change of heart and its amazing to see this change of pace
i was about to comment how good this story was until seeing some reactions. i don’t think readers appreciate a slow burn that’s plot focused > romance focused. i read through it so fast because of how cute, mature, and funny this was. the plot progression is good, the switches between pov’s are smooth, and overall the character and relationship development have been at a great pace. im honestly mad i read it and caught up only to find out its on an extended hiatus rip
