If the previous translations were bad or left stuff out then the new translators try to tl those chapters too so readers can understand what's going on.
I get what you mean though, it's annoying to read a manga and go back to chapter 1 because of the weird chapter order.

Yes that’s what gets me so confused （￣へ￣）like there’s this one call something like don’t say you love me or sum like that and has a bunch of character overlapping

Why is some writers uploading chapters that already are uploaded? can’t they do it where one left off please makes it so hard to keep up
