This is becouse in cnc you have consent and roleplaying so there is fiction layer. But there, it is already fiction and consent is between author and reader, not necessary between characters, just like in roleplay fantasy. Some people find it disturbing anyway and i is ok, they need extra fiction layer and prefer when character are playing too and all is safe. It is my fav scenario becouse then u have kink and dbsm representation, everything is cute and healthy. But sometimes people want just this twisted, violent sexul horror fantasy and want it raw like this. This needs to be said and sorry if you get offended. We all know BL is known for SA and rape but people like to push it aside and not talk about it or sometimes not even count some BL as rape.
