Well, no, that’s technically not true. I think all of these “huge” cocks in yaoi and even shoujo/josei manga have created an unrealistic expectation of men’s erections in reality. Romantic smut novels are also problematic in that way, too! (￣∇￣")

I think the geographical explanation makes more sense to me, since I've rarely ever read any mangas that actually say the cm, they just say "wow so big" or show a thrid arm...
