Tbh they changed it, the male actually helped save Edith (from getting framed and also helped call out rize), but I guess the manhwa wanted other side characters to take the credit LOL. They randomly added the princess, duchess, and duke to help when none of them actually did anything to help in the novel. I guess they’re trying to make those characters look less bad.
