i don't know why but i prefered adamas x lucian

it is adamas x lucian until the end!!! unless you're talking about al replacing lucian as head slave. that was only because lucian had his position removed as a “punishment” when he kidnapped shut, which he then recommended al as a succesor. Lucian is definitely special to adamas (even al says so) hence why he kept him as his slave forever :3
