As for similar novels, I suggest you check novel updates (fyi you'll need an account to be able to access everything). You can use the series finder to filter through for yaoi, shounen ai, apocalypse, sci-fi, zombies, etc.

Does "monster in the mist" have a novel? It's the reason I'm so into science fiction where there's a man-made virus and scientists find a cure...etc
And are there ANY novels or even normal books that share the same idea (almost) as "monster in the mist"? Would really appreciate even a single answer.
I liked that there was no romance until the very end so if you could suggest ANY novels / books that don't even need to include romance in it, I'd be thankful
