Honestly anyone would try to make ML believe that they’re his lover at this point, you get unlimited money and power and you just need to get through him calling you by somebody else’s name and using you as a replacement for some time. I'm not surprised MC is anxious since he seems to have fallen for him. I'm not really a fan of ML. I guess he did this before, he does seem used to it. Find a person similar to his lover, keep him for a month, discard and repeat. He kept sleeping with hundreds of people to survive up to this point.
