That's not the case. He already mentioned he wasn't aware of anything at first but then after listening to bada and everything, he figured more things out and now knows more than bada do. He is hiding a lot of things and in some ways definitely sabotaging but he is not the one who locked them up or can control the game.
he's def sabotaging bada. he doesn't want the game to end coz he's not sure if they'd meet again irl if the game ends. or he was actually the one who created the game and locked bada inside it to be with him forever or whatever coz u know he's crazy.
