I prefer this to jinx as a true psychological dark romance. The seme's actions may be awful but you can actually understand why he is the way he is. Jinx just felt like mindless abusebat least to me.
Also, there's only one rape scene (at least, the way the novel depicts it) and it happens when the seme is having a mental breakdown and he's immediately regretful.
I want to read this but I’m more of a romcom girlie. Is this on par with Jinx/Even If You Don’t Love Me? I’m trying to gauge if I can handle the toxicity before I start reading. Thx ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
