mc got hospitalized because he did not use the safe word, they having a quite a dangerous sex (lots of sadism), so the when the the mc we woke up in the hospital, he sees a very depressed ml, so the ml broke up with him at the hospital, I think he(ml) was very traumatized to the incident.
